1. The task of building the physical fitness and developing the talents of the children is a collective one. Hence, we take you as our partner in this project. We shall therefore keep open our line of communication with you on various programmes and developments in the Academy. We anticipate and have high expectations for your valuable contributions, wherever and whenever they are needed.

2. Our Regular Training (when Schools are in session) holds on Saturdays at 7:00am in the morning and closes at 10:00am/12:00 Noon. For Academy Players who pay and use the Academy Bus Service, the Bus comes to their home between 6:00am and 7.00am to pick them and drop them after training sessions. Special arrangements are made for Players who wish to train on Tuesdays & Thursdays in the evenings, especially during holidays.

3. Our Holiday Training (when Schools are on Holidays) holds on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:00pm in the afternoon and closes at 6:00pm in our Festac/Amuwo Centre and 8:00am to 10:00am at our Satellite Town/Navy Town centre. For Academy Players who pay and use the Academy Bus Service, the Bus comes to their home between an hour before kick-off time to pick them and drop them after training. NOTE: WAITING TIME FOR BUSES IS 3 MINUTES, after which the Bus leaves.

4. The Academy features the following sporting activities: Football, Basketball, Ballet & Other Dances, Swimming, Aerobic Exercises and other Games.

5. For ease of processes, the Academy Fee is calculated on Monthly basis and not on “Pay As You Go”” basis. Payments are made as stipulated irrespective of the number of attendances in the month. Parents & Guardians are to remit their payments into our designated Bank accounts (details on demand). Payment for the Month is expected to be made on or before the first Saturday of the Month.

6. All the Kids shall put on the Academy’s customised Jerseys & Hose during Training Sessions. Parents and Guardians are to help their children and wards to take proper care of the Jerseys and Hose. In case of need for replacement due to wear & tear, Parent/Guardian shall pay the procurement of a new one.

7. Partnerships: Our partnership with AFRIPRO and other local/foreign agencies still stands to ensure that our Academy Kids and Players have veritable platforms to advance their Sports career.

8. To ensure that Trainings kick off at the scheduled times, parents are requested to ensure that their kids are ready before the arrival of the Academy Bus. Situations where the Bus will spend lots of time waiting for a child should be discouraged. Meanwhile, Kids who come to the field early could have personal workout and drills with the Coaches before the official resumption times.

9. While we appreciate and encourage parents to come around to cheer and motivate their kids during trainings, parents are however, not allowed to encroach or interfere with Training Sessions except where, and if their attention is needed. The Manager and/or Coach takes full charge of trainings. Additionally, it is not right for Parents to insist that their Kids must be in a particular Team or the other. It is therefore important for Parents to know that the onus lies on the Academy Management to decide what is best for the Kids and their sports development. We appeal to parents to always trust us to do what is necessary to ensure their kids are well taken care of.

10. Training Curriculum is divided into 4 Sessions. This is to allow for both concentrated scheme and measurable developmental plan. At each Session, specialized aspects of games are diligently practiced, ensuring the kids assimilate them and are able to make use of them, where and when the need arises.

11. There shall be periodic assessment exercises (Trials) to ascertain the extent to which kids have assimilated the activities they were taught. We shall rate each child according to the level of assimilation. A Report Card for this exercise shall be sent to Parents & Guardians accordingly.

12. From time to time, Kids shall be assigned Football Matches or other Sports to watch at home for learning purposes. Parents are encouraged to allow the Kids to watch their assigned Games. For the avoidance of doubt, and in a bid to checkmate the kids, such games as may be assigned, shall be communicated directly to the parents via short message (SMS). The parents shall then notify their kids.

13. A child that is registered with the Academy becomes a bona-fide Player of Paddysco Sports Limited and shall always abide by all positive decisions made for and on his/her behalf by the authority of the Academy.

14. In the light of (13) above, Paddysco Sports Limited shall manage the affairs of the player’s Sports career: secure and negotiate contracts on behalf of the Academy player; and stand on behalf of the family and the Academy Player to initiate, negotiate, sign, endorse, execute and deliver on the player’s transfers and all financial transactions including but not limited to endorsement deals.

15. In the light of (13) above, Paddysco Sports Limited shall either by itself or through its agent package, manage, market and present the Academy player to available clubs that intends to engage the services of the Academy player.

16. In the light of (13) above, all negotiations concerning the Academy Player, either with local or foreign clubs, shall be the sole responsibility of Paddysco Sports Limited or its agent on behalf of the Academy player for the ultimate goal of sign-on of the Academy player by any such clubs/Organisation.

17. The Parent/Guardian, upon completion of Admission processes, consents to all conditions as contained in this Admission Prospectus as administered and grants Paddysco Sports the Power of Attorney on the Players Sports Career. This arrangement takes effect from the date Admission Form is completed and remains valid and in force till the Player is 18 years in the first instance and renewable thereafter for intervals of Five Years at each renewal.
